Is the Free plan really free?
Yes. Free is permanent, with 15 posts per month, 4 social profiles in 1 workspace and 10 AI credits per month. Biooli is also free for everyone.
What counts as one post?
One post published at the same time to up to four eligible profiles counts as one of your 15 monthly posts. A separately scheduled repeat counts as another post. Drafts do not count.
What is a workspace?
A workspace keeps one brand’s content, social profiles and team access together. Each workspace supports one profile per eligible platform. Business has 5 workspaces; Rocket has 15 in total.
How do AI credits work?
A successful text output uses 1 credit; an image uses 20 credits on Business and above. Each variation counts separately. Monthly credits do not roll over. Paid users can buy 100 extra credits for ₦2,000, valid for 12 months.
What does unlimited posting mean?
Paid plans have no monthly post limit. Connected platforms’ rate limits and Rooli’s acceptable-use rules still apply. AI credits, storage, profiles and workspaces have separate limits.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect after payment, with the price difference prorated. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your current paid term. Annual billing is charged upfront.
What is MCP access?
MCP lets compatible AI assistants work with Rooli. It is included from Basic. Your plan’s platform access, roles and usage limits still apply; third-party subscriptions are separate.
